Describe the room.
Get the drawings.
Say what you want to build. A design agent drafts the plan, furnishes it, and hands back dimensioned sheets, a 3D model and CAD files.
Walls, doors and rooms, dimensioned and checked.
Exports: DXF · SVG · GLB
Who it is for
Built for people who draw rooms.
01Interior designers
Go from brief to a dimensioned draft in one sitting.
DXF for the CAD tool you already use
02Architects & studios
Test layouts fast. Every change keeps walls, doors and rooms consistent.
Editable layers, checked geometry
03Homeowners
Say what you want and see it drawn before you hire anyone.
A clear brief for your builder
How it works
A conversation, then a drawing set.

Brief it
Size, rooms and mood, the way you would brief a colleague.
2-bed, 85 m², open kitchen, warm ScandinavianDrafting - 2
It checks itself
A geometry validator measures the plan before you ever see it.
- Walls form closed rooms
- Every door is reachable
- No furniture overlaps
- Clearances meet 900 mm

Questions people ask first.
Is it construction-ready?
No. Roommie produces schematic-design drafts for review. A licensed architect or engineer must review them, and sign any construction drawings, before anything is built or permitted.
How do you know the plan is valid?
A validator checks the geometry every time: walls, doors and windows on walls, overlaps between rooms and furniture, and that every room can be reached. It checks geometry only, not building code.
Can I keep editing by hand?
Yes. The DXF opens in FreeCAD, LibreCAD and AutoCAD. You can also keep asking the agent for changes in plain words.
Which regions and standards?
Today: metric units and EU electrical conventions.
