Layouts it handles well

Compact homes are where a checked plan helps most, because every 100 mm counts.

• Studio flats, 25 to 45 m²
• 1-bed apartments, 40 to 60 m²
• 2-bed apartments, 60 to 90 m²
• 3-bed family apartments, 90 to 130 m²

Try more than one layout

Ask for a variant: "same flat with a closed kitchen" or "move the bathroom to the entry". Comparing two or three drafts is quick.

Check that it works

The validator confirms that every room can be reached, furniture does not overlap and walkways keep a 900 mm clearance.
