A furniture layout planner that checks the fit.
Roommie plans furniture layouts on a dimensioned floor plan. The agent places each piece to scale, then a validator checks that nothing overlaps and that walkways keep a 900 mm clearance.

Why clearance matters
A layout can look fine and still fail in use: a door hits a chair, or a path is too narrow to pass. Roommie measures these before you see the draft.

Does it use real furniture sizes?
It uses typical real-world sizes and draws them to scale. Tell it a size if you have a specific piece in mind.
